What a hard question... what are you thankful for? Couldn't we all go on and on? It’s a chance to voice some of the foundational things in life like our health, family, and friendships. And it’s also a chance to reflect on some of the often overlooked, taken-for-granted things that we would do well to appreciate more: clean air, the unexpected kindness of a stranger, the way a season like autumn sparks memories just with its texture, a brand-new day.
After a major surgery this year, (and feeling great again!), my mind turns to these kinds of things often. Or maybe I should say, I am feeling very ready to be grateful these days. Health, family, friendships – yes! – but also other areas of my life that deserve some thankful attention. As Chief Operating Officer of Helix Bar Review by AccessLex, I feel a deep and unique sense of gratitude for our team and the incredible work we do. It’s a feeling that fills me every day, reminding me just how much there is to appreciate and celebrate.

At the beginning and end of the day, providing bar exam studiers with the tools, support, and confidence to prepare for and pass the bar is the core of our mission. There is nothing like seeing Helix students succeed. We deeply value their feedback and love to hear their stories about their Helix experience – almost as much as they love achieving their goal of passing the bar.
